Dr. Omar Mohamed, BDS, DMD
Dr. Omar Mohamed is a highly experienced general dentist with a strong focus on implant dentistry and comprehensive restorative care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2019, following his Bachelor’s degree in Oral and Dental Surgery from Alexandria University, Egypt, completed in 2007.
With over 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Mohamed has provided a full scope of general dental services, including fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, veneers, wisdom teeth extractions, and advanced implant dentistry. He has successfully placed and restored more than 4,000 dental implants, managing both the surgical and prosthetic phases of treatment.
He is fluent in English and Arabic, with working knowledge of Spanish, allowing him to comfortably serve a diverse patient population. Dr. Mohamed is known for his patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality, modern dental care.

Dr. Reem Helal, BDS, DDS
Dr. Helal is a globally trained general dentist committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She practiced general dentistry in Egypt and Saudi Arabia before moving to the United States to pursue advanced clinical training and continue her professional journey in dentistry.
Dr. Helal earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and completed a year of clinical internship in Egypt, gaining extensive experience in comprehensive dental care. She later completed a Prosthodontics Fellowship at the University of Michigan, where she developed advanced expertise in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and dental implant treatment planning. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, further strengthening her clinical foundation and commitment to excellence. Dr. Helal offers a wide range of dental services, including restorative and esthetic dentistry, root canal therapy, extractions, implant dentistry, emergency dental care, and evaluation and management of temporomandibular disorders (TMD).
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Helal serves as a global preceptor at University of North Carolina, helping bridge gaps between countries by providing dental students with opportunities for meaningful global dental education and clinical exposure.
She is a proud member of the Academy of General
Dentistry and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and remains dedicated to lifelong learning and continuing education.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Helal enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and giving back to her community.
