Dr. Omar Mohamed
Dr. Omar Mohamed is a highly experienced general dentist with a strong focus on implant dentistry and comprehensive restorative care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2019, following his Bachelor’s degree in Oral and Dental Surgery from Alexandria University, Egypt, completed in 2007.
With over 18 years of clinical experience, Dr. Mohamed has provided a full scope of general dental services, including fillings, root canal therapy, crowns, veneers, wisdom teeth extractions, and advanced implant dentistry. He has successfully placed and restored more than 4,000 dental implants, managing both the surgical and prosthetic phases of treatment.
He is fluent in English and Arabic, with working knowledge of Spanish, allowing him to comfortably serve a diverse patient population. Dr. Mohamed is known for his patient-centered approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality, modern dental care.
Dr. Reem Helal
Dr. Reem Helal is a globally trained general dentist dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She practiced dentistry in Egypt and Saudi Arabia before continuing her advanced clinical training in the United States.
She earned her BDS and completed a clinical internship in Egypt, followed by a Prosthodontics Fellowship at the University of Michigan, where she gained advanced training in restorative dentistry and implant treatment planning. Dr. Helal later earned her DDS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Helal provides comprehensive dental care, including restorative and esthetic dentistry, root canal therapy, extractions, implant dentistry, emergency care, and TMD evaluation. She also serves as a global preceptor at UNC, supporting international dental education and clinical collaboration.
